Description
Advanced Barrier Occlusion & Peptide Retention with IDENEL Intensive Moisture Locking Cream
If there is no proper lipid sealing, the active ingredients will evaporate, resulting in a sharp increase in moisture loss to the environment.
The IDENEL Intensive Moisture Locking Cream forms a breathable, biomimetic shield over the epidermis.
It prevents active nutrients from escaping while keeping out external irritants.
The concentrated lipid matrix, together with hyaluronic acid, works in combination with spicule treatments to accelerate skin renewal.
The formula helps eliminate rough texture and provides deep, long-lasting comfort.
IDENEL Intensive Moisture Locking Cream – Advanced Active Ingredients
- Ceramide NP and phytosphingosine matrix rebuild intercellular lipids. It restores the stratum corneum’s structure and stops moisture loss after spicule treatment.
- Complex of hyaluronic acid of multiple weights: Delivers hydration at multiple depths by binding moisture deep within the tissue and at the same time forming a cushion on the surface of the skin.
- The Altum Peptide Synergy Complex works in conjunction with the active micro-spicules to support the body’s natural collagen formation and tissue elasticity.
- The Squalane and Shea Butter Lipid Shield tenderises dry, tight tissue and forms a breathable protective layer that does not block pores.
Key Product Benefits
- The Active Micro-Spicules form a protective seal which locks the Altum Peptides and the active nutrients within the micro-channels.
- Prevents water loss through the skin (TEWL): it prevents moisture from evaporating, keeping the skin plump and hydrated during peak recovery phases.
- Strengthening of the lipid barrier: it restores natural ceramides and fatty acids to strengthen fragile, damaged skin.
- Alleviates tightness and dryness: provides immediate relief for tight, dry skin, helping restore its softness and flexibility.
Our Clinical Insight
It is just as important to lock in the active ingredients as it is to deliver them; once the micro-spicules have created channels in the skin, the application of the Moisture Locking Cream makes sure that the Altum Peptides remain where they should be—deep within the tissue—while at the same time protecting against loss of hydration during the recovery period.

IDENEL Intensive Moisture Locking Cream – Application Protocol
When to Apply
- Under the Post-Spicule Protocol, you should apply it right after having received your active spicule treatment (for example, IDENEL Revitalizing Nourishing Cream) in order to lock in the micro-spicules and active peptides.
- For daily use, apply your moisturiser in the morning and evening to protect your skin.
IDENEL Intensive Moisture Locking Cream – Where to Apply
- Take one or two pumps and place them on clean fingertips, then gently rub them over the entire face and neck until they are completely absorbed.
Professional Tip
Apply the product to skin that is slightly damp or immediately after applying the Calm Corrective Cream to lock in surface hydration and establish an optimal lipid barrier.
