Returns Policy for Windsor Mews Clinic

Thank you for shopping at Windsor Mews! We strive to provide you with high-quality cosmetic products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we’ve outlined our returns policy below, according to UK consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Unwanted Products (Cooling-off Period): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This is often referred to as a “cooling-off period.” The products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that this excludes certain products for hygiene reasons (see “Exceptions” below).

Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products, including but not limited to:

  • Skincare products
  • Personal care items (e.g., brushes, applicators)

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact us within the specified timeframe (7 days for damaged/incorrect items, 14 days for unwanted items) via info@windsormews.co.uk or 07877827549. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: We will then provide you with a Return Authorisation.
  3. Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. For unwanted items, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  4. Shipping: For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For unwanted items (within the cooling-off period), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  5. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
